Suspention of Petitioning Foreign Healthcare Professionals From The PhilippinesVisionQwest Healthcare has suspended all petitioning of foreign healthcare professionals from the Philippines.
Due to the economic downturn and lack of visas VisionQwest made the decision to suspect all petitioning and hiring from this
country. The other concern is the lack of nursing and healthcare experience that this country provides to its graduates.
The schools have become factories of nurses being turned out with no jobs in the Philippines to go to. The healthcare
industry in the United States needs healthcare workers that posses the experience to justify the expense of legal and USCIS
expenses.
The healthcare industry that involves nurses in the United States is now focused on those US nurses that
are not working or have full time schedules. The priority of VisionQwest is to work only with local nurses and provide
them with the work that is available.
VisionQwest will monitor the condition of the United States economic issues
as it relates to healthcare staffing and may consider foreign nurses at a later date.
